At Your Heart Bridge, we believe that preparing for the end of life is an act of love — for yourself, your family, and your community. Our journey began with a simple but profound mission: to normalize conversations around aging, dying, and grief, while offering the support and guidance families need most.

Through years of caregiving, nursing, and end-of-life work, our founders saw firsthand how overwhelming these moments can be when families don’t have the tools, resources, or space to prepare. We created Your Heart Bridge to change that.

Today, we provide compassionate care, practical education, and community programs that help people feel seen, supported, and empowered — no matter where they are on the journey. From future planning to present caregiving to grief after loss, we are here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Co-Founder, Care Manager

Dori Sappo, RN BSN

Based in San Francisco, Dori Sappo has been a hospice nurse since 2015, serving individuals and families with deep compassion. She is committed to building supportive communities where people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

As co-founder of Your Heart Bridge, Dori offers person-centered care that creates safe spaces for dignity, connection, and healing.

Denise Campbell

Denise Campbell has over 20 years of experience in end-of-life care, including more than a decade as a hospice nurse. As an end-of-life doula and educator, she guides families and caregivers through tender transitions with compassion and clarity.

She combines practical guidance with heart-centered support, helping others feel informed, empowered, and at peace during life’s most difficult moments.

Amelia Coplan, RN BSN

Since 2011, Amelia Coplan has worked as a hospice nurse, end-of-life doula, and death worker in the Bay Area. She has trained with leading teachers such as Frank Ostaseski and Ram Dass, but says her greatest lessons come from patients and families.

Robin Lim-Healy

Robin blends over 20 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant with her training as an end-of-life doula. Her approach is warm, realistic, and family-centered, rooted in her own experiences caring for relatives from a young age.

She is passionate about advocating for families and creating safe, peaceful ways to navigate aging, illness, and life’s final transition.

Your Heart Bridge promotes community programs and workshops that foster honest dialogue around end-of-life issues. We normalize these important conversations while providing vital information and compassionate support. By inspiring and training end-of-life care workers, we nurture and uplift our aging and terminally ill community with dignity and care.
